She's been a trusted advisor and consultant to elected officials, including her tenure as Deputy Director of New Jersey Governor Christine Todd Whitman’s Office of Radio & TV.

Clients include associations and non-profits, civic and community groups, business executives, educators, and entrepreneurs. 

Susan is a sought-after speaker and trainer on crisis media, news and messaging, public speaking and leadership. She is a certified practitioner in NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP).
